Around the World 2017: Greece

Part of my plan for 2017 is to make some international food at home. I have been slacking in this area, but tonight we did make some Greek food. We chose chicken souvlaki with tzatziki sauce and served it with salad and bread. It was surprisingly easy and healthy because I got the recipe out of an international Cooking Light book. It was also something the kids could eat, though I saw Anya almost throw up when eating a piece of zucchini;)

I was proud of how well my tzatziki turned out and I was happy with how simple it was. I think we will be making this one again!
