Around the World: Italy

This month we are focusing on Italian food. It sounds easy, I know, but I am trying to find recipes that are more authentically Italian. The first thing we made was a margherita pizza last week. Normally, we prefer lots of veggies on our pizza, so this was a very different sort of pizza for us to make. But, we got the good mozzarella, used home-grown basil and fresh tomatoes, and made the pizza dough from scratch and it did not disappoint!
